Q. Windows Management Training Chicago Area? After spending two hours on the phone today and yesterday to help one of our satellite employees purchase something online, I'm now convinced we need training for him. Any experiences with good VERY basic training in the Chicago Area? What do you some of your companies use? I'm looking for EXTREMELY basic training - he doesn't even know how to change between windows...
A. - How much are you willing to pay, and exactly what training do you want to provide to him? I'm in the Chicago area, and I might be able to help you out, either by providing the training or finding someone who can help. Also, I work for the College of DuPage ( 45min east of Chicago) and I can talk with one or two of our computer instructors if you need custom training. BTW, how'd he get a job without knowing about computers? - Also, you can write me at this addy and I'll send you my phone number if you are interested. - I think this guys's going to need some custom training. Don't know cost budget, but hopefully will find out. Do you know of a range that it will be in?
