Free Nursing Continuing EducationQ. Does anyone know how to get up-to-date information (i.e. patient education information, ceu's, etc.) or free nursing journals? I don't feel like spending my entire salary on continuing education. A. If you type "Nursing CEU's" into any browser, you'll come up with a bunch of sites. MEDCEU offers a free course, and Medscape offers interesting, free CEU's for medical personnel.
